Air conditioning and refrigeration distributors, TF Solutions, has launched a new range of tooling products for air conditioning and refrigeration engineers from Black Diamond.
The ten products in the range aim to make life easier for engineers. The range includes:
The new Black Diamond tube cutter range – The cutters feature a patented spring design and a titanium ball-bearing blade that make them last longer. The sizes are small (3/16 – 7/8”), medium (1/8”- 1 1/4”) and large (3/8”- 2 5/8”). They give a smooth, clean cut.
The ‘all in one’ tube expander set – This includes an often requested ¼” expander head. The set eliminates the need for hand swaging tools or fittings on site.
A multi-size tube bender set – These feature a patented degree indicator so engineers can get a perfect angle. In addition, users can make downward and upward bends easily with the reverse adapters.
A new eccentric cone flaring tool – The new tool includes a device to help engineers accurately position it. Its aluminium and titanium body makes it light and strong.
Manifold gauge – the gauge is a useful device with clear black dials, anodised fittings and stain resistant black hoses. Users can quickly bend tubes to create perfect u-bends in the pipe because of its patented, quick action dual hinge.
TF Solutions director, Andy Cherrill, said:

Since then we have spent months testing and trialling the tools, and giving some of our customers the opportunity to try them for themselves.”

The new Black Diamond tool range is available from TF Solutions in June 2015.
