Berkeley Homes recently decided to fit Gaia’s electric underfloor heating (UFH) into its new canal side flats in Worcester.
Two buildings at the Waterside development near to the historic Royal Worcester porcelain works have the UFH fitted. The UFH provides even, comfortable heating without the need for emitters that can disrupt room designs and furnishings.
Giaia’s DEVIheat system makes heating rooms quick while temperatures are easily controlled. Property owners can control the heat in different zones in their flats.
