M&S picked Endo Enterprises as its winner at Big Innovation Pitch at Ecobuild 2015.

The supermarket will look at using the company’s Endotherm central heating additive that, independent surveys have shown, reduce heating bills by 15%. Endo Enterprises was amongst 40 other companies vying for the prize.

Entrants had to give a quick pitch to a judging panel made up from industry professionals from organisations including M&S, the Construction Products Association, CIBSE, BAM Construct UK and the British Institute of Facilities Management.

Chris Marney, Head of Engineering and Energy Efficiency, Marks and Spencer, said:

"Endotherm’s potential to improve M&S’s heating efficiency and drive down gas consumption won it for them today. We were extremely impressed with all the finalists and had a tough decision selecting just one winner.”
