New Precision Water Cooled Chiller from Isocool for Plastics Manufacturers

For plastics manufacturers that need precision cooling to improve their production rates and quality, IsoCool might have the solution for you.
The new ICEtemp precision water-cooled chiller performs simultaneous heating and cooling. It does this by having three control zones that adjust the temperatures automatically. In addition, it adjusts flow rates and pressure according to the process heating and cooling needs. Other features include integrated free cooling, and automatic mould emptying.
The ICEtemp has a wide temperature range of 5OC to + 90OC while remaining accurate to within a tenth of a degree. The chiller does this by using a 3-way proportional valve.
There are models available from 5.6kW to 80.8kW in the standard range. Customers can have ICEtemp chillers made to their specific requirements too. The system uses R410A refrigerant.
