Modine Appoints David G. Bills to Board of Directors

Modine, the US owners of Airedale, announced the appointment of David G. Bills to their board of directors.
David, 53, joins the HVAC manufacturer’s board increasing the number of directors to eight. David is currently a Senior Vice President for corporate strategy at refrigerant manufacturer, DuPont.
Bills has had a number of senior positions at DuPont including sales, marketing and corporate planning. He has worked in the ‘fluoroproducts’ and ‘displays’ divisions of DuPont too.
